Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My brother reciently petitioned for his wife of seven years. As soon as she was granted the green card she began cheating on him and since lft him. Is there something he can do?

From the immigration point of view - nothing. They have been married for severn years, and she is a permanent resident without any conditions. He can't take that away because she had cheated or even after divorce. Furthermore, even after divorce, her husband/petitioner will remain financially responsible for her based on the federal Affidavit of Support that he signed before she was granted residency.
