Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My brother has a warrant out for his arrest because he failed to appear in court. He is a legal resident, can he be deported?

It is possible, but it depends on his criminal history. Some crimes make a person deportable, some don\'t.\n\nI would be happy to help you out if you contact me offline. Yes, if he is convicted of a deportable offense and found to be deportable by the Immigration Judge.
