Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am a US citizen & applied for Sibling Visa for my Sister & her family in 2000. Now the Immigration Office has opened the case & is asking for documents. I just noticed that I miss typed one letter in her Name on the application. Is there a way we can rectify the problem?

Yes, you can rectify it by providing the correct spelling of her name and copies of her documents with her correct name.

In addition to the answer above, please make certain that you clearly state the file / case number on each document submitted to NVC and/or the Consulate.
