Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am a citizen and I wanted to sponser a green card for my brother who is back in Nepal. My question is can he come to US in any other visas like tourist or student visa when the green card process is going on?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Sometimes it's possible, yes, if he can prove to the American consult that he doesn't have an immigrant intent and will return to Nepal at the conclusion of his temporary visit or studies.
