Im a domestic violence victim.My child was also sexually abused.I wanted to know; If theirs a way for me to gain my permanent residece?

Yes, if you and/ot your child were abused by your US citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse. If you are married to an abuser (and meet all other VAWA requirements), then you can apply for permanent residency under VAWA law.
