Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my family and i were in immigration hearings, and i did not show up to the last hearing.....they did and are still fixing. Will they get in trouble if i live with them?

If you missed your immigration court hearing, it means that you were ordered deported in absentia. The ICE agents can come looking for you at your last known address, and any other undocumented persons present at the premises can be detained or arrested, as well. If relatives have papers (permission to remain in the country), they should be okay.
If your family is already pursuing their cases, it is highly unlikely that ICE agents would be arresting them at this point just because they come looking for you - which they well might do. They should have copies of their documentation in a handy place at home and retain a copy for themselves too in case the government requests it.
