Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My family came from syria and at the time they came you are not allowed to bring a child over 2 years old without a father. i came with my mother and sister. my father came later. To bring me here my parents changed my date of birth in the syrian systems and they transferred here. My age real age is 17 but all my documents except school say i am 13. I need to get my life normal before i get to college so i may drive and work and live my life. is there anyway to change this?

What is your legal status in USA? Are you a permanent resident (green card holder)? Or US citizen? Or illegal immigrant? You need clarify that.
