Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

what else do i have to do once my fiance who is gambian gets an authorized work invitation from a real company that met him while he was in barcelona? he wants to immigrate here as we lived in bcn together for one and a half years and now i have returned to start the process, he holds a gambian passport, and ic immigrating to california, but we can use any state that is more helpful to let him come here if i have to use fiance visa also.. thanks!! in love and separated!!

If you are a USA citizen, you can petition for him as a fiance, so he can come to USA on a Fiance visa. In this case, he doesn't need to look for any company to petition for him for a work visa. I understand from your post that you plan to marry. In this case, a Fiance visa is the proper and easier visa.
