Filed divorce based on Adultery in India.My wife has I-485( GC) pending based on my employment based I-485.Like to know if there are any way to make her application denied without withdrawing my own application.

When you are divorced (not merely in the process of filing for divorce), she will no longer be eligible for a green card as she won't be your dependent (wife). Otherwise, she has control of HER I-485 application.
