Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello

I need advice whether to hire an attorney or other type of legal of law enforcement personal. I am a plaintiff in cases outside of the US and the defendant escaped our country to the US a filed an Asylum case. He has been convicted in two criminal cases and four more pending (perjury, fraud, threat). I can provide legal documents authenticated by the High Court in my country for the two criminal courts decisions and the pending cases against him.

How can I communicate to the Immigration (Asylum Judge) the facts about this person (defendant)?

Asylum in the US is for real people that persecuted and not for criminals. You will do your country (USA) a favor by properly communicating the reality about this man. I am sure he will do the same in the USA. I am willing to hire a professional. Thank you.
