Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hello,
My wife is a Geen Card Holder, and she is apply Green Card for me. I guessI am a I-485 applicant now. Can I legally work for any companies in this type of status in US?

If the I-485 is filed and pending, then you can apply for a work permit and work for any company if approved. If only the I-130 is pending, you can't apply for a work permit yet.
