I am an illegal alien I am about to turn eighteen, can I get legal residency if my aunt whom is a citizen becomes my legal guardian or is it too late or is it even possible. Please any information would help.

No, you can't. As a guardian, she can't transfer her status to you, and can't petition for you.

There are many other factors that could be taken into consideration. You didn't provide enough information in your post. You are about to turn 18, so it's too late for adoption, and possibly too late to apply for a special juvenile status.
