You'll want to apply for a K-3 spouse visa on her behalf assuming you are a US citizen.

You don't need to apply for K-3 visa, as suggested above. This visa had become obsolete. What you need to apply for is an Immigrant visa (green card). Depending on whether you live in Ecuador or in USA, you file the I-130 petition with all supporting documents with either the US Consulate in Ecuador (IF they allow direct consular filing AND you reside in Ecuador), OR in the USA with the USCIS/Dept of Homeland Security. I assume that you are a USA citizen.

If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you. Contact email address: Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com or LubaSmal [@] yahoo.com . I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally.

Provided that you are a US Citizen you can file an Alien Relative Petition on behalf of your wife with the USCIS. Once the petition is approved your wifes case will be forwarded to the US Consulate in Ecuador where her interview will take place.
