Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Ive been married to my husband for 5 years and he is a USA citizen and i was brought from my country when i was 5 years old and was wondering what kinda problems would we face when we file for the I-130? I have been gone to school her and have never left USA but i have a few driving violations.

If you are protected under 245i, you might be able to adjust status without having to depart the USA and go back to your home country.

If you entered without inspection and not eligible for adjustment, as soon as you leave the USA, you will become inadmissible for 10 years, which will require a hardship waiver to overcome a ban on admission.
