Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I've been married for almost 3 years. It's time to renew my conditional green card that I've got for 2 years.I'm sending 2 years tax return together, house lease, he's on my car insurance, we have a bank account together, and it's the same one that I showed last time, about 6 pictures with his family. 2 affidavits from 2 friends saying that they known us. Should I be ok with this information, do you honestly think I shoudn't be called for an interview? Do they go further on your information? Like will they try to investigate the documents that I sent? How this renewing process works? Please help! Thank you very much!

It's hard to say if these documents would be considered sufficient proof of a bona fide marriage without seeing them, and whether you will be scheduled for an interview. Overall, it looks okay.
What do you mean you will send the same joint bank account documents that you sent last time? Ae you sending recent monthly bank account statements or 2-year old documentation?
Please keep in mind that documents you send should be recently dated.
Yes, if something looks inconsistent or important documents are missing, the USCIS can send a Request for Evidence. If still not satisfied, you and your spouse can be scheduled for an interview at a local office.
If you'd like to schedule a telephone consultation, please let me know.

If you send sufficient new documentation showing that you are still in an existing good faith marriage, they may not interview you. However, they sometimes do randomly select people to be interviewed. Make sure to send new / current information spanning over the last two years, including current bank account info, statements, etc.
If this were my case, I'd provide a little more information. If you have it, why not? It increases the odds that you won't be interviewed. None of my clients has ever been interviewed, but then again, I always provide more than you're suggesting.
