Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i missed my immigration courts hearing over a year ago..besides that i have a clean crim. record,,,,,can the lapd arrest me for this on a routine stop or if i get pulled over in street ?

If you missed your Immigration Court hearing, it means that you were ordered deported in your absence.
If you are arrested and apprehended, you can be deported (because there is an outstanding deportation order in your name).
