Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

There was a mistake made on my resident card (wrong birthday) and I am applying for citizenship. A copy of my birth certificate has the correct birthday and that is one of the copies that is being asked for. I am not sure what to do since it has two different birthday and it was not my mistake. Both my drivers license and my resident card has the wrong birthday.

Why didn't you correct the mistake as soon as you received your green card and noticed that your date of birth is wrong? Also, it seems that you continued using a wrong date of birth while applying for a State driver license, etc. Date of birth is extremely important.

You need to take care of this issue and correct your date of birth.
