Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I came here to the US about four months ago holding a B2 visa. I decided to change my status to F1 so I can study here through the support of my auntie. I need to submit a cover letter to USCIS explaining my change of status. Actually, I already made a letter but I'm not sure about it. I need someone to help me to review my letter. Please. Thank you. I hope you can help me for free. Thank you.

It sounds like you've received a Request for Evidence, which is a serious request. If not properly handled, the case will be denied. Good cases can go bad without really good representation at this juncture in a case. Not all cases have such requests. To receive a request like this is the exception rather than the rule, so it's important to be especially careful.

I'll be happy to assist if you contact me offline at 818 609 1953 or alice@yardum-hunter. Then we might form an attorney client relationship, but not before.
