You may get a notice that the case is withdrawn, and a letter stating that you are no longer legally able to stay in the U.S. If you do not leave within 30 days, then you may be subject to removal proceeedings. Remaining in the US beyond this time could also affect your ability to return to the U.S. It would be best if you could consult with an immigration attorney, to determine if there are any other options available to you.
