How can a person working in U.S. under NAFTA switch to another employer?
I work in the HR dept. of a company which wants to hire a Canadian citizen currently working for another company in the U.S. under NAFTA. What kind of paper work do I have to do in order to hire her?

Assuming you're offering her a position that is within the NAFTA list of occupations, then there are two options. The first is for you (the employer) to submit an I-129 and supporting documentation with the INS Nebraska Service Center. The second option is to have the employee go back to Canada, come back to the U.S., and present the documentation at the port of entry.
