Pettion for children

I am married to a permanet residence man and he has two children in the philippines, never been married to the mother of the children, what do i have to do to pettion them

here in the u.S. I am a u.S. Citizen married a year ago!

If the children were under the age of 18 when you married their father, then you can file immigration for them. They are under the immediate relative of US citizen category.

When you got married if they were under 18 they became your step children. So you can sponsor them right away. But if I am not mistaken for phillipinnes, children of citizen have longer wait than children of permanent resident. Your husband should have sponsored them before!!!!
