Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi I have a question about my legal status. I was born in Mexico and I was brought to the US at the age of one. And I have lived here since and never left. English was practicly my 1st language. And just yesterday my uncle and my cousin's husband. I wanted to know what can I do to become a citizen. Because I was brought here at the age of 1 and now I am 16. Well the question is mainly because the I.C.E letter that was sent for my uncle was sent to my house and he doesn't live there and I worry for my mother because she just had a baby and I know my sister can't live with out my mom she's only 11 months. I could really use some good news

-Thank you

Sorry, there are no good news for you. It appears from your post that your status is "illegal alien" or "unauthorized alien". Even though you were illegally brought to USA as a baby without your concent, and grew up in the USA, the law doesn't ptovide a path to residency or citizenship. It appears from your post that you have been residing in USA illegally with you mother.

Unless you have a protection under INA 245i, or eligible for residency through a family member, etc -- currently, there is nothing you can do to become a citizen. Maybe there will be some legal way if immigration reform becomes a law sometime in the future.
