Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Im single mother and i have a two years old daugther that is citizen cuz i had her on Los Angeles whyle i went there like a tourist with a tourist visa, my question is if i can be elegible for some type of permision to live on the us.

When your daughter is 21 years of age, then she can petition for your residency. Until then, you need to find some other ways to immigrate to USA.
