sponsor is moving out of country

i just send all my forms i-130,adjustment of status,work permit, and im using a joint sponsor(who is my brother in law)and sended his w-2,tax report,letter from work,and the last 3check stubs, but now he has decided to move to venezuela with my sister and his kids,is this going to affevt my case?what should i do?

Dear Inquirer:

Your sponsor must be domiciled in the US to provide an affidavit of support. There are exceptions if the sponsor will be working for the US Government, military or a US-based company overseas.

Yes, a sponsor has to be domiciled in the USA. If, however, in future after your approval, a sponsor decides to move abroad, it shouldn't be of any significance.
