my spouse was here on a tourist visa and we got married. we know each other for ovr a year and we met many times. So this January we got married. Now she is back to hong kong. I am going to apply for her here.

The forms I have so far are

I-130

I-864

G-325A

what other forms do I need?

can she still come here on a tourist visa?

If she is abroad, you need to file the petition, USCIS form I-130, and two biographic forms from each of you, plus supporting documentation. The Affidavit of support will be required at a later stage in her immigration process when your petition is approved and she is ready to apply for an immigrant visa.
