I'm out of status now..Is it possible for me to marry a U.S. citizen? What are the steps or ways to do this? Which is better to be marry by a priest or a judge? Please! I need your advice. Thank you so much.

Yes, it could be possible to marry a US citizen even if you are out of status, provided that you have valid personal documents. The couple has to apply and obtain a Marriage License first. If your intent is to later apply for adjustment of status, the marriage must be legal and registered with the State.
