Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Very urgent, please help!

I entered the US under the Visa Waiver Program and overstayed for several years. I understand that if I had to leave the country I wouldn't be able to re-enter the US for 10 years. My boyfriend is a US born citizen and but right now the marriage for us is not possible (out of our control). I have no legal issues (except for overstaying the visa) and I'm originally from Europe.

The way things are right now it looks like I will have to leave the US in the next couple of days because I have nowhere to go here and wait for the situation to get better.

1) Is there ANY chance for my boyfriend to get me into the US later, when/if the situation gets better (in that period of 10 years)? Is there ANY chance I myself could do that (in that period of 10 years)? If yes, how?

2) If/when leaving the country, what is the procedure? Do I have to see somebody (like an immigration officer) before leaving? How do I approach this thing?

I know I asked a lot of questions, but you really are my only hope and source of information. As of today, the time is really crucial, and I would just like to know if there's ANYTHING I can still do to save my life.

Thank you, very much, for your help - each and every advice will be greatly appreciated!

You need to get married to the Us Citizen and apply for waiver then you can get back to the country sooner.
