You might be able to get her a work permit in about 45 days and her residence within 6 months if she qualifies to adjust her status in the USA. Otherwise, she would get an appointment to receive her green card abroad at the US consulate in her country in about 9 months, no work permit in the meantime and she would have to apply for a waiver of a 10 year penalty for having been here illegally prior to attending her consular interview which becomes a lot more complicated.
