Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I want to go to USA on visitor visa B2 .I am asian women married to US citizen. After marriage my husband deserted me and left for US without telling me and i reported the same in court and he has been declared as Proclaimed offender. Now if i go to US embassy at the time of interview i will tell them that we both are not together and also if i tell them that my husband has desrted me and being declared as a proclaimed offender-will they still issue me a Visitor visa to US.So question is should i just say that we are not together or should i also tell them that he is being declared as proclaimed offender and i have no clue where he is and there is no chance that i would meet him there in US.
Will they issue me a visa?

More important issues here are: why do you want to go to USA and what ties to your home country do you have?
Yes, you are required disclose in your visitor's visa application that your husband is a US citizen.
