Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
what if i did not appear to count in kern county for a violation 16028(a). i did not receive anything in the mail and i missed the date to appear? what should i do?

You should go to the courthouse with your proof of insurance, go to the traffic window at the court clerk's office. Show them the proof of insurance and pay the fine. If you cannot pay the fine for the no-show they will give you a court date.
