Lawyer won't pay Kaiser

My lawyer says Kaiser doesn't matter and I have been fighting him on this for a long time. This is the 2nd lawyer I have had to get!! He wants me to sign papers and send them asap, the ones that are the final release. I don't want to be stuck with medical bills. Kaiser is my insurance provider and I don't want any problems. He said he wouldn't go to court because we wouldn't be able to prove that the visits to Kaiser were for my back( car accident). This is a bunch a bolagna, I have seen a back Dr. for the last 3 1/2 years!!! Yes, this has been going on this long! My whole family was in the car accident , though none was seriously hurt. I have been on vicodin and relaxers for 3 1/2 yrs with no prior back issues and all they say they can get all off us is $1,500! I am very very frustrated please help if you can. I am sitting on these papers and they are very angry with me!! Thank you , Jennifer Lehr

You should either pay for a consultation with another attorney or you should talk to your attorney about your case more. There are not enough details here for anyone to tell you what your case is worth. However, since this is your second attorney, you should probably get a copy of your file and pay for a consultation with another attorney.
