Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
am i liable
I was in a car accident where I was on company time and in a company vehicle. My breaks went out and now my former bosses insurance company is being sued and so am I. Why am I liable if it was not my fault that the breaks went out, even the police officer found that my breaks had went out.
