Third party liability for Badfaith behavior by Adjuster
Is there any Third party liability in California on the Insurance
Carriaer for Badfaith behavior by Adjuster, lying in court.
THAT's the Question.
A second issue is any opinion about whether or not on these facts
an attack on a small claims Judgment for Fraud by the Adjuster for
out right lying in court, to the Pro Tem ''attorney judge'' of the day,
to get a Judgment. The lie can be proven.
A third qestion is could fraud increase award money?
