Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
on new years eve i went to pick up my wife when a car hit me i was driving but when we gave the report we said she was. i was scared to say i was driving because i had come from new mexico to spend the new years with her and my kids and i dint have a california license and she did . so i was wondering if i can change the report or talk to the officer? and will i get in seriouse trouble ? for lying .. want to tell them the truth that i was scared and was freaked out by the accident can i stil change the report>
