Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
Is it possible to find a business litigation attorney pro bono?
I've been sued for trademark infringement but it's really malicious prosecution and I've little means to defend myself.

Highly unlikely. Pro bono is generally for little old lady type clients that have been harmed and need redress.

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. I've never heard of business litigation being done pro bono. A line from a movie said: the only thing in this life that is free is the grace of God. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
