Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
Can I take photos of my customers standing next to a photo of a celebrity that has been downloaded from the internet. The photo of the celebrity does not say "copy right:. Am I allowed to download the photo and have my customers taken their photos with the picture?

No. Doing so would violate the celebrities' rights of publicity (the right to control commercial uses of their likenesses, etc.)
