Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I worked for a guy 4 months redesigned his logo from a plain looking logo to a 3d look, after 4 months he did not pay but 250 dlls for other design related stuff but not for the logo design. Before then, while things were okay, he asked me to provide him the new modified logo and without telling me he trademarked it. now he is using that logo claiming someone else redesign it, nevertheless, I happen to know the person who according to him, designed the logo and this person told me he was aware the other guy was lying...can i file a lawsuit?
