Most likely, your legal needs will cycle over the course of a year and as your business grows; so we could reach an arrangement that will save you money and our ability to handle more work when your legal needs permit. We already have clients with internationally sold beverages (that would not conflict with your business) and we are part of an international association of law firms; so our members can represent you in every legal matter that arises anywhere in the world. For example, Mr. Amin's firm is a member of the same association and together our two firms cover eight US states, including CA. Feel free to contact either of us directly at your convenience.

Because I am running my main office from the Philippines my rates are very reasonable, whether hourly or as a long retainer. I am running what you could be known as a legal office-call center in the sense that all the work, pleadings and legal research is done mostly by email and some long distance communications. If you are interested in this method contact me at [email protected] and we will discuss rates and experiences. FRF

It all depends on how many hours you estimate will be required per year.
A monthly retainer agreement can also be executed based on your needs.
Please contact our law firm and we can discuss a mutually agreeable retainer agreement that meets both of our requirements.

Hello,
Generally, our rates for International Law vary depending on the level of our involvement. If tax advice and entity formation is necessary (in addition to regulatory compliance) the rate will be higher. If only our counsel for compliance is needed, our rate will be lower. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss.
Thanks,
Ismail
