Re: judicial review
Your question sounds like a bar exam question and I am not sure that an easy answer will help, however, here goes: judicial review is that right a court has to look over a decision of a lower tribunal and to make a new determination. Whether something can be reviewed is determined by statutory law and case law as well. The Sp. Ct has many difficulties, many of which involve whether they even have jurisdiction to decide a quetion.
