Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California
correcting Social Workers' reports
Can I simply file an ''objections and corrections'' list with the juvenile court? I haven--name removed--been heard in the 4 mos and 3 hearings since this started, and the reports are so wrong as to be well, criminal.

Re: correcting Social Workers' reports
I am sorry you are caught up in this type of legal proceeding. Social workers only lie when their lips are moving. All I can say is be sure and provide your list to your court appointed lawyer.
