I have 2 retail shops but I filed them as sole proprietorship. after that I got a ticket because I don't have worker comp. what should I do?

Comply and get workers comp for your employees, as required by law. You may have to pay fines on the 'ticket'. I suggest you get local attorney's help in structuring the business legally.
