4th of July Holiday
co. does not have written holiday policy. In the past have observed legal holidays, are we obligated to give friday the 3rd off ? we are a small company in chino.

While it is bad business practice to deny, holidays off, with or without, pay are not 'required', but are the decision of the company to offer or not, and of the employee to stay employed or not.
