If in an administrative investigation a witness gives false testimony, what is the recourse for that?

A witness who lies, under oath, may be prosecuted for perjury. But the reality is, such prosecutions rarely happen unless they are a celebrity (see Barry Bonds).

First you have to prove it false, then you can pursue perjury claims and remedies. You disagreeing with it does not make it false.
