Am I allowed to make and keep a copy of my work emails on a flash drive? If yes, can I keep these emails even after I leave the company.

There is no one flat answer to your question. It would depend on company policy, what is in the emails and what you would use them for during and after your employment.

You "can" do anything you like, just like speeding on the freeway. You shouldn't take company property, or use company information for any improper purpose.
