Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have an arrest record but no conviction--charges were discharged(though less than 12 months ago). I work as a licensed health care setting, and the arrewere as 647(a) pv --lewd act.

Will this be reported to my employer on the background check they are about to do for recredentialing all staff?

Records are forever. Your arrest is on your record, and will be seen, so will the charges and the dismissal. But, since there was no conviction, it should not be a 'problem'. You may have to explain that the charges were dismissed when they determined you weren't guilty.
