Legal Question in Employment Law in California
How do arrests not leading to a conviction show up in Live Scan fingerprint results? No charges were ever filed and the arrest was for an MIP (something not related to my prospective job - teacher).

As an arrest, IF it was entered into the DOJ database as was supposed to be done at the time. If it is there, you may be able to have the records and the police department striken and destroyed, and the DOJ record updated to reflect that. If this was in CA courts, and if you're serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
