Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Need An Attorney for Workplace Issue

I am a top performer (just named employee of the year) who recently has been brought into the office to be written up for two separate incidences. The person who initiated this doesn't work in my department and the write-ups were retracted after I explained proper procedure. There seems to be a witchunt underway perhaps making an example of me that the department will be run more strictly.

I would like to have an attorney on call who, in the event I get pulled in again can listen in via conference call-this I feel will give me the confidence of having an advocate and witness by my side to protect my interests. As a former paralegal, I find my firm's behavior bordering on actionable, which I may also pursue.

Thanks for your assistance.

Re: Need An Attorney for Workplace Issue

You need to consult an attorney to determine if there is anything 'actionable' occuring. If you are terminated or disciplined, there may be remedies available to you. I would be happy to help you protect yourself, and to be available as needed. Contact me to discuss.
