unpaid wage claims can look back either three or four years, depending upon circumstances. If you have a claim, file suit or a claim with the Labor Commission. Hire an attorney if the amount in question is enough to justify doing so. You claim will be seeking the unpaid amounts, interest, penalties, and if you win in court, attorney fees.
