Bill from Employer
My employer paid for a course required for my job and made me sign an agreement to repay if I left the job before one year. I resigned 10 months after the class because the employer failed to pay the agreed upon wage. He sent me a bill for the class in full. What is my recourse?

Argue, negotiate, be sued, file claim with the Labor Commissioner if they deduct without consent.
