What do i do with a second bounced payroll
My question for you sir is...what can i do with a payroll check that has bounced twice on me already. And the funny thing is that the check is not that big of an amount.

contact the Labor Commissioner with your complaint and request for help. Look for another job that pays dependably.

You can complain to the CA Labor Commissioner. The employer could be assessed a penalty for not paying wages timely. (P.S. A growing percentage of lawyers are female!)
